The site consists of an existing one- <br />story storage building with an adjacent asphalt parking area. The City of Sunny Isles Beach would like to repair the <br />structure as required and update the exterior. RAI will provide complete Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and <br />Electrical Engineering services for the design, interior and exterior finishes selections, construction documents and <br />construction administration for the project. <br />SECTION 2 - SCOPE OF WORK: <br />The A/E will assist The City of Sunny Isles in accomplishing project goals by providing Professional A/E basic services as <br />per our Agreement. <br />The Scope of Work assumes the following: <br />1. Repair of an existing one-story storage building to include: <br />• Upgraded exterior finishes <br />• New roofing (possibly to include trusses) <br />• HVAC <br />• Required structural repairs <br />The sub -consultants will be as follows: <br />Structural Engineers: DDA Engineers, P.A. <br />Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineers: SGM Engineers, Inc. <br />SECTION 3 - BASIC SERVICES (per continuing contract agreement): <br />Phase II — Preliminary Design Services <br />Phase III - Construction Documents Services <br />Phase IV - Bidding and Permitting Services <br />Phase V - Construction Administration Services <br />RODRIGUEZ ARCHITECTS, INC. <br />503 <br />
