Rodriguez Architects, Inc. is qualified consultant that has extensive <br />experience in this subject matter. Consultant has agreed to provide service in an amount not to <br />exceed $18,000.00. <br />Pursuant to the provisions contained in the Continuing Services Agreement between the City of Sunm <br />Isles Beach ("City") and Rodriguez Architects, Inc. ("Consultant") for Professional Architectural Service <br />Pursuant to Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 and via Resolution No. 2021-3177, authorizes the <br />Consultant to provide such services. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000-75001. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.1P <br />484 <br />
