Consultant Keith and Associates, Inc. are qualified tc <br />provide civil engineering and landscaping architectural professional services in an amount not to <br />exceed $34,900.00. <br />Pursuant to the provisions contained in the Continuing Services Agreement between the City of Sunni <br />Isles Beach ("City") and Keith and Associates, Inc. ("Consultant") for Professional Civil Engineerin <br />Services pursuant to Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 and Resolution No. 2021-3160 <br />authorizes the Consultant to provide such services. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000-75001. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.0 <br />451 <br />
