This <br />proposal is in addition to a new fence installed by Seawater Construction Corp. at the PCP park. <br />Seawater Construction Corp. is the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Seawater Construction <br />Corp. has agreed to remove and dispose the old chain-link fence, construct, and install the new fence <br />in an amount not to exceed $49,995.00. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 110-5-5410-434041-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.M <br />393 <br />
