She also can <br />adeptlyform creative and productive partnerships in <br />the public, private, and environmental sectors in order <br />to assess and implement mutually beneficial solutions. <br />Kristin is also proficient in multiple computing platforms, <br />program suites, and ArcGIS. <br />41 <br />Kristin joins AECOM from the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection where she was an Environmental <br />Specialist in the Submerged Lands/Environmental - <br />Resource Program. In hertwoyearsofemploymentthere <br />she was responsible for compliance inspections, bringing <br />marina, public, and multi -family docking facilities under <br />correct proprietary and regulatory authorizations, and <br />preparing reports assessing findings of biological and water <br />quality impacts. <br />While working for the Florida DEP, she was involved in <br />many aspects of state business. She assisted with the <br />Department's Clean Marina Program, and assisted in <br />recruiting facilities and bringingthem underthe program. <br />Kristin served on several land management review teams, <br />including Indian Lake State Forest, Charles H. Bronson <br />State Forest, Indian Lake State Forest, and the Tiger Bay <br />State Forest. She provided valuable input in the process of <br />evaluating and updating the management plans of state- <br />owned natural areas. <br />While working under the Division of State Lands, Kristin <br />was the point of contact for sovereign submerged lands <br />compliance throughoutthe eight -county region of the <br />Central District. She assisted in evaluating compliance and <br />assisting in bringing facilities under correct authorization, <br />including both proprietary and regulatory meas. <br />As a member of the Central District Compliance Assurance <br />Program, Kristin was also involved in several aspects of <br />environmental resource compliance, including handling the <br />identification and remediation of wetland and mangrove <br />impacts in addition to remaining as the point of contact for <br />sovereign submerged lands issues. <br />AECOM <br />
