He specializes In parks and recreation <br />system master plans and graphic visualizations for <br />transportation design projects. <br />Mr. Crumpton has been involved in all phases of the <br />planning and design process including project support, <br />demographic analysis, graphic visualizations, and public <br />involvement such as; workshops, focus groups, stakeholder <br />meetings, and public presentations. Working on various <br />master plans and transportation projects has provided Mr. <br />Crumpton with an understanding of the value of thorough <br />analysis, inclusive participation, clear and concise <br />presentation, and collaborative team environments. <br />Project Experience: <br />Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources System <br />Plan, Raleigh, NC. <br />Currently ongoing, this project has an anticipated <br />completion date of 2014. Major components of the Plan <br />will include Neighborhood Demographics Analysis; a <br />Maintenance, Staffing and Programming Analysis; an <br />access -based Level of Service Analysis (LOS); interviews <br />with a cross section of the project stakeholders; a Mail/ <br />Telephone survey; an illustrative Vision; a Cost Estimate <br />and Implementation Strategy. Specific project role included <br />landscape designer and planner for the $415,000 project. <br />City of Rocky Mount Parks and Recreation Master Plan <br />Rocky Mount, NC. <br />The City of Rocky Mount selected AECOM to develop a <br />new Parks and Recreation Master Plan in 2013. Currently <br />in progress, the plan Included an extensive analysis of <br />the existing system, a comprehensive needs assessment <br />including a significant public involvement component <br />with focus groups, interviews stakeholder input and a <br />public opinion survey, a long range vision, and afeasible <br />Implementation plan. Specific project rote included <br />landscape designer and planner for the $110,000 project. <br />AECOM <br />,ASCOM <br />River of Grass Greenway Feasibility Study and Master Plan <br />Miami -Dade Countyto Collier County, FL. <br />Funded by a Federal Transit Administration grant through <br />the National Parks Service and Miami -Dade County, the <br />River of Grass Greenway Feasibility Study and Master <br />Plan includes a comprehensive evaluation of the social, <br />environmental and economic impact of this potential 76 <br />mile greenway. Unique in the nature that the greenway will, <br />if found feasibility, connect four national parks, preserves <br />and wildlife refuges and five state parks and preserves <br />while traversing one of the most ecologically sensitive <br />areas of the world. Project includes an extensive analysis <br />of benefits and cost; multi -phased implementation plan; <br />and over 25 community meetings and three weeks of on- <br />site workshops. Specific project role included landscape <br />designer for the $846,000 project. <br />Pasco County Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Pasco <br />County, FL. <br />Currently ongoing, this project has an anticipated <br />completion date of fall, 2014. This project is highlighted <br />with extensive public involvement through use of surveys, <br />stakeholder interviews and public workshops. Tackling the <br />impacts from projected population growth over the next 25 <br />years, this plan will response to the unique characterisites <br />of the County with priorities identified for coastal, urban <br />areas and rural eastern area of the county. Utilizingthe <br />latest in public involvement techniques, GIS analysis, <br />survey Instruments, the Pasco County plan will focus on <br />community-based needs and prioritiesto improve the <br />quality of life throughout the City. <br />
