<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Qualifications No. 22-06-01 16 <br /> <br />h) Perform landscape maintenance service inspections <br />i) Renderings <br />j) Beach and Dunescaping <br />k) Active and Passive Park Design <br />l) Irrigation Design, Operation and Maintenance <br />m) Median and Swale Landscaping Design <br />n) Streetscape planning, analysis and design <br />o) Natural resource planning, analysis and design <br />p) Cost estimates <br />q) Provide plans developed on AutoCAD’s latest version, and copies of a reproducible <br />hard copy and CD of plans to the City <br />r) Feasibility analysis <br />s) Peer review analysis <br />t) Construction phase services including site inspections <br />u) Building Department plan and permit review <br />v) Permit assistance <br />w) Tree surveys <br />x) RER tree removal permitting <br />y) Attendance at meetings with City staff and presentations to City Commission <br />z) Provide construction administration if requested by the City <br />aa) Prepare and submit signed and sealed construction drawings <br /> <br />3.2 REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERABLES: <br /> <br />Firms shall be responsible for reviewing existing Miami-Dade County, City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Codes, Resolutions and Ordinances and State of Florida Building Codes and for incorporating <br />data into complete construction documents including final construction plans (working <br />drawings), technical specifications, construction estimates, and related bid documents <br />necessary for the bidding and construction of projects. <br /> <br />Firms shall be responsible for obtaining all Federal, State and local permits and/or approvals <br />from DERM/RER, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Miami-Dade County, <br />Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as necessary and all City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Building permits necessary for the construction of projects. Consultant shall participate in <br />any requested warranty inspections along with the City during the warranty, and provide a <br />plan for all necessary repair, replacements and/or corrective work. <br /> <br /> <br />
