Constructability analysis <br />e. Cost estimating <br />f. Project scheduling <br />g. Quality Control/Quality Assurance <br />h. Preparation and approvals of conceptual and construction drawings <br /> <br />4.4 FLORIDA STATUTE 287.055 CERTIFIED MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE <br />CERTIFICATION: <br /> <br />In accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 Acquisition of professional <br />architectural, engineering, landscape architectural, or surveying and mapping <br />services; definitions; procedures; contingent fees prohibited; penalties; <br />Section 2. (d): if the Proposing firm is a certified minority business enterprise <br />as defined by the Florida Small and Minority Business Assistance Act, the firm <br />must submit proof of a valid certification from the Florida Department of <br />Management Services Office of Supplier Diversity, this firm will receive two <br />and a half (2.5) points for this criterion. The submitted certification will be <br />validated using the Certified Vendor Directory from the Florida Department <br />of Management Services Office of Supplier Diversity website: <br />https://osd.dms.myflorida.com/directories <br /> <br />4.5. PAST PERFORMANCE – REFERENCES: <br /> <br />References are required as a component of due diligence to determine the <br />capability of the proposing Firm to be able to perform the required services. <br />Proposing Firm must submit the names and contact information of three (3) <br />references. Please note, three references must be provides, two of the <br />references be the same as the two projects/contracts provided for response
