<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Qualifications No. 22-06-01 3 <br /> <br />LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT <br /> <br />NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sunny Isles Beach (City) is seeking sealed qualification statements for the <br />following work as specified: <br /> <br />Continuing contract for Landscape Architectural Services <br />Request For Qualifications (RFQ) No. 22-06-01 <br /> <br />The Specifications for this Request for Qualifications are available from DemandStar by calling (800) 711-1712 or by <br />accessing their website at www.demandstar.com. The RFQ may also be examined at the City of Sunny Isles Beach – <br />Office of the City Clerk. Vendors who obtain the RFQ from sources other than DemandStar or the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach are cautioned that their solicitation package may be incomplete. Addenda will be posted and disseminated <br />by DemandStar at least five days prior to the submission deadline date to all vendors who are listed on the official <br />list. The City may not accept incomplete submittals. <br /> <br />Sealed submittals will be received by the City Clerk no later than WEDNESDAY, JUNE 29, 2022 AT 2:30 PM at the <br />Sunny Isles Beach Government Center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, 4th floor, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. <br />Submittals received after this time will not be considered. The City is under no obligation to return submittals. Timely <br />submissions will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time. <br /> <br />The envelope containing the sealed RFQ must be clearly marked: <br /> <br />“FORMAL PROPOSAL ENCLOSED” <br />RFQ NO 22-06-01 <br />CONTINUING SERVICES FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICES <br />OPENING DATE AND TIME: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 29, 2022 AT 2:30 PM <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and <br />informalities, and to accept the submittals, which best serves the interest of, and represents the best value to, the <br />City in conformity with the criteria set forth in Section 62-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach. <br /> <br />All questions regarding this Request shall be directed in writing Purchasing by MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2022 AT 5:00 <br />PM.
