RESOLUTION NO. 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, AWARDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 22-03-01 TO STYLE <br />CATERING, INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH, STYLE CATERING, INC. TO PROVIDE RENTAL MANAGEMENT <br />SERVICES FOR THE GATEWAY CENTER, PROVIDED THAT THE AGREEMENT IS <br />FIRST APPROVED AS TO FORM AND LEGAL SUFFICIENCY BY THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />AND TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") issued Request for Proposals No. 22-03- <br />01 ("RFP") for rental management services for Gateway Center (Services"); and <br />WHEREAS, Style Catering, Inc. ("Contractor") was the sole contractor who submitted a <br />response to the RFP; and <br />WHEREAS, after conducting a due diligence review, the City Manager determined that <br />the Contractor is qualified, willing, and able to provide the Services specified in the RFP; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to award the RFP to, and authorize the City <br />Manager to negotiate and enter into an Agreement with, Style Catering, Inc. to provide rental <br />management services for Gateway Center. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Award of Request for Proposals. The City Commission hereby awards Request for <br />Proposals No. 22-03-01 to Style Catering, Inc. <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />negotiate and execute an Agreement with Style Catering, Inc., provided that said Agreement is <br />first approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the City Attorney. <br />Section 3. Further Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager and City Attorney <br />are hereby authorized do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
