After much research <br />it is recommended that the city contract with a professional management company for the rental <br />program. The city issued RFP No 22-03-01 and Style Catering Inc was the sole contractor tha <br />responded. <br />Style Catering received excellent recommendations from all facets of facility rentals; vendors, end <br />users, and most importantly property owners. Contracting with them will provide a revenue source to <br />the city while maintaining the high quality of the facility and the events the city has become known. <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approve the award to Style Catering and authorize the <br />City Manager to enter into a revenue generating agreement with them as approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />No funding required for this item. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 10.11-1 <br />144
