At the option of the City, either the contractor shall eliminate or reduce such deductible or the contractor shall procure a bond, in a form satisfactory to the City, covering the same. NOTE: THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, CONTRACT NUMBER AND TITLE MUST APPEAR ON EACH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH MUST BE SHOWN AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED WITH RESPECT TO THIS COVERAGE WITH WAIVER OF SUBROGATION. 2.9 INVOICE PAYMENTS The awarded firm shall propose a revenue sharing agreement to be negotiated prior to contract execution. 2.10 FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS The successful Proposer shall comply with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and rules as well as any other laws that would apply to the proposed Project.
