Weddings typically book 8 months to 16 Months in advance with the busiest booking season being January through March. The busy season for hosting social and corporate events in South Florida is October through May. Corporate events tend to have a much shorter lead time. Time frame for achievement specified: By October, 2022 we expect to consistently have 2 Large Event Rentals per month and slowly add additional events as the City of SIB sees fit. The We will stive to achieve this goal while keeping in mind the Centers primary purpose of being a calm, relaxing, and safe space for built specifically for the usage and enjoyment of residents. 6. COST OF SERVICES a. Recommended compensation structure: Compensation to Management firm and City of Sunny Isles Beach: 30%/70% split of Rental Revenue. Excluding Security Deposit. EG.
