<br />Mr. Compres provided construction management services and develop a complete set of civil and structural
<br />drawings and calculations, including paving and drainage plans, perimeter fence review, parking lot profile, traffic
<br />coordination and traffic signage and markings for the parking area and its entry driveway for the permitting of the
<br />property.
<br />Structural and Civil Plans Review Committee, SFWMD–Structural Engineer –West Palm Beach,
<br />Florida.
<br />As a member of the consultant team, the responsibilities include a structural and civil review of the project’s
<br />plans, specs and Engineering Design Report for all the projects to be developed by SFWMD. Among them,
<br />the Storm Treatment Areas Compartment C Build-out, the B509B Compartment B build-out and Hurricane
<br />Hardening of Structure S352D project among others.
<br />Miramar Roadway Infrastructure Project, Capital Improvement Project, Phase III–Construction
<br />Manager-FL.
<br />Mr. Compres monitored construction activities throughout the southern half of the City of Miramar on a
<br />project consisting of the installation of all water, sewer, and drainage, as well as the expansion of a lift station
<br />and roadway, resurfacing. He also provided design services for 70,000 LF of water mains thru the western
<br />portion of the city and cost estimate support services to the city, in addition to construction administration
<br />services and bid support.

<br />As Engineer of Record Mr. Compres provided a set of Civil drawings and calculations for the Synthetic Turf Field
<br />#2 and Track. The civil Drawings included all track and field designs for drainage, earthwork, and material
<br />specifications to match the manufacturer's recommendations.
<br />2455 Polk St.Buildings
<br />As Engineer of Record Mr. Compres provided a set of civil drawings for the design of approximately 950 LF gravity
<br />sewer line to connect the property to the City of Hollywood sewer system for the project.The project included 12
<br />laterals gravity sewer, water connection detail, paving and drainage, coordination with the building department to
<br />determine the connection point, all the required documentation for the FDOT permitting process, ongoing
<br />inspections during the construction process, and final certification as required by the city.

<br />As part of a continued service, Mr. Compres was the engineer of record that performed the damage assessment
<br />inspections, prepared a basis of design report (BODR), and provided structural repair plans for sealing approx.
<br />108,300 LF of existing roof cracks, replacing 3,200 LF of expansion and transition joints and provide waterproofing
<br />details for leaks and ponding water solution for parapets and canopies on an extended area of more than 800,000
<br />sf in the 700, 701, 702, 706, 707, and 708 cargo parking garage buildings at the Miami International Airport.
<br />Final product to be in accordance with Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) Standards and Guidelines
<br />(Design Guidelines Manual –DGM), and all applicable local codes, regulations, ordinances, and similar regulatory
<br />requirements of governing authorities having jurisdiction.
<br />MIA Mover Station, Miami International Airport
<br />Our continued services included traditional investigations, reports, schematic designs and construction
<br />documents.Mr. Compres prepared the documents for repairs of the existing cracks in the beams and columns at
<br />several spans of the monorail system, the waterproofing application, and new drainage or alternative designs to
<br />divert ponding water to the existing drainage of the system of the station.
