| 13CONTINUING SERVICES FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES | RFQ 22-06-01 <br />NORTH CAGNI PARK <br />North Miami, FL <br />The City of North Miami awarded BA the North Cagni Park project in August 2019, to <br />design a world-class park including installation of an artificial turf multi-use athletic field <br />immediately to the east of the schools, installation of a playground with shade cover, <br />olympic size swimming pool and splash pad, park shelters, new recreational building, 80 <br />parking spaces, installation of landscaping, fencing, signage and site lighting for walkways. <br />BA is also working with the City to develop a public outreach program throughout the <br />design and construction phases to inform the adjacent community of the park’s progress. <br />Client: <br />City of North Miami <br />Services: <br />Master Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Administration, Cost Estimating
