Most of his career has focused on the public realm, designing <br />and implementing parks, streetscapes, and roadway landscape design. His areas of <br />expertise include master planning, conceptual design, production and management <br />of construction documents, preparation of construction contract documents, and <br />construction services. In addition, Kirk has management experience, including scope <br />of services preparation and negotiation, office management, scheduling and managing <br />staff time, tracking utilization, and project organization.
