With over 10 years of experience and a strong multidisciplinary <br />background rooted in urban design, planning, architecture and business, Mr. Rak brings <br />a rationally-based, design driven perspective to the preparation of area plans with a <br />special emphasis on place making through design and the implementation of Form <br />Based Codes.
