<br />The overarching ‘Improving Communities. Creating

<br />at the heart of all our corporate efforts. Our 57+-year-
<br />old firm has offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Port
<br />St. Lucie. Client sectors include municipal and county

<br />federal and international. This offers our clients a firm of
<br />seasoned professionals across multiple disciplines who
<br />are leaders in the Florida consulting industry. Our core
<br />landscape architecture and land planning services are
<br />outlined below, some of which have been used in Sunny
<br />Isles Beach projects.
<br />Landscape architecture services include planting,
<br />hardscape, irrigation, urban design, complete street
<br />design, recreational and commercial planning, project
<br />theming, signage design, graphic design, contract
<br />administration, construction observation services, plan
<br />review, horticultural consulting and arboriculture. In
<br />addition, the firm has inventoried more than 40,000 trees
<br />ranging from 28 to 20,000 trees per project. Our award-
<br />winning consulting firm has lived our tagline “Creating
<br />Environments, Improving Communities” in the delivery
<br />of landscape architecture, urban design and planning
<br />services for over 52 years. Through a collaborative,
<br />holistic approach, we develop memorable spaces that

<br />Planning services include: land planning, comprehensive
<br />planning, community planning, development plans

<br />of Regional Impact (DRI) studies, Land Use Plan

<br />Miller Legg is a true multi-discipline consultant, offering
<br />the following additional services which are often required
<br />for the types of projects suggested in the RFQ scope of

<br />Civil engineering services include: utilities design
<br />and modeling (such as water and sanitary sewer
<br />design and permitting, pump station design, surface
<br />water management, drainage system design), utility
<br />coordination, traffic engineering, complete streets
<br />and highways design, street lighting design, pavement
<br />marking and signage design, parks and recreation design,
<br />master planning, municipal engineering, construction
<br />monitoring and full Construction Engineering Inspection
<br />(CEI) and management services.
<br />Surveying services include land surveying such as
<br />boundary, land title, route, right-of-way, platting, design
<br />and control, topographic, Subsurface Utility Engineering
<br />(SUE), as-built, tree, and hydrographic surveys,
<br />construction layout, Construction Engineering Inspection
<br />(CEI) surveys, field monumentation, sketches and
<br />descriptions for acquisitions and easements, and GPS data
<br />collection. In addition, we provide quantity (earthwork)
<br />surveys, condominium surveys, title document analysis,
<br />plot plans, and expert witness testimony. Miller Legg
<br />has completed surveys for numerous municipal, county,
<br />state and federal projects ranging from neighborhood
<br />improvement and redevelopment projects, educational
<br />facilities, neighborhood parks, and golf course designs to
<br />regional water and sewer utilities, streetscapes, streets
<br />and highways, and cemeteries.
<br />Environmental consulting services include habitat
<br />assessment and restoration planning, wetlands
<br />investigations and delineations, management plans,
<br />grant writing, jurisdictional determinations, threatened
<br />and endangered species assessments and permitting,
<br />environmental due diligence, National Pollution
