CGA's inspector uses approved <br />landscape and irrigation plans to determine the property owner's continued compliance with <br />the landscape plans and City of Weston Codes. Property owners, managers, and tenants (if <br />applicable) receive detailed inspection reports and plans. The inspector is also a certified <br />Code Enforcement Officer that is authorized to write warning notices and violation citations <br />to all applicable parties who are not in compliance with the established landscape plan and <br />codes.
