ICalvin,5"1s Giordano & Associates, Inc. <br />(y�_,0A SAFEbuilf COMPANY <br />Qualification of Key Personnel Assigned to Engagement <br />Tammy Cook-Weedon, <br />ASLA, PLA, LEED AP BD+C <br />Tammy Cook-Weedon is a LEED-AP FL -Registered Landscape Architect with <br />over 30 years of extensive, diverse and accomplished experience in Municipal <br />and Governmental projects. She is defined as a results -oriented leader with <br />strong management, financial and communication skills who encourages <br />teamwork and a collaborative approach to achieving organizational excellence, <br />with a personal philosophy of "Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence." <br />She has gained valuable experience as the Project Manager for a wide variety <br />of project types, including streetscapes, parks, neighborhood improvement <br />projects, community branding, and general landscape architectural <br />components. Her role as Project Manager will infiltrate all aspects of <br />all project development with a driving force to ensure that the goals and <br />objectives for each of Miami Beach's projects meet the expectations of the <br />City, residents, and the overall affecting community and are supported by all <br />the necessary in-house resources of the CGA organization. Her leadership in <br />project excellence and in devising implementable design solutions has earned <br />CGA several distinguished, professional design awards. This commitment to <br />excellence is therefore her commitment to the City. <br />As the founding Landscape Architect for Calvin, Giordano & Associates, <br />Tammy's professional work is supportive of the firm's mission to develop <br />excellent sustainable solutions to enhance the environment and surrounding <br />communities. Her leadership has been exemplified in demonstrating and <br />promoting innovative leadership strategies that foster the promotion of <br />landscape ecology, water conservation, landscapes that promote natural <br />processes and habitat restoration. <br />Tammy has experience that is directly relevant to the City's goals to maintain <br />and create environments that are sustainable and high in quality and appeal, <br />while easy to maintain and sustain. As such, she has assembled a Project <br />Team composed of skilled landscape architecture, arborist and design <br />professionals. This core team is comprised of professionals who have been <br />working together and collaborating on projects for the better part of 10 years, <br />and all of whom have achieved these desired goals in other urban municipal <br />contexts and who have collaborated in delivering successful, previous work <br />for the City of Miami Beach.
