(y�_,0A SAFEbuilf COMPANY Qualification of Key Personnel Assigned to Engagement Tammy Cook-Weedon, ASLA, PLA, LEED AP BD+C Tammy Cook-Weedon is a LEED-AP FL -Registered Landscape Architect with over 30 years of extensive, diverse and accomplished experience in Municipal and Governmental projects. She is defined as a results -oriented leader with strong management, financial and communication skills who encourages teamwork and a collaborative approach to achieving organizational excellence, with a personal philosophy of "Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence." She has gained valuable experience as the Project Manager for a wide variety of project types, including streetscapes, parks, neighborhood improvement projects, community branding, and general landscape architectural components. Her role as Project Manager will infiltrate all aspects of all project development with a driving force to ensure that the goals and objectives for each of Miami Beach's projects meet the expectations of the City, residents, and the overall affecting community and are supported by all the necessary in-house resources of the CGA organization. Her leadership in project excellence and in devising implementable design solutions has earned CGA several distinguished, professional design awards. This commitment to excellence is therefore her commitment to the City. As the founding Landscape Architect for Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Tammy's professional work is supportive of the firm's mission to develop excellent sustainable solutions to enhance the environment and surrounding communities. Her leadership has been exemplified in demonstrating and promoting innovative leadership strategies that foster the promotion of landscape ecology, water conservation, landscapes that promote natural processes and habitat restoration. Tammy has experience that is directly relevant to the City's goals to maintain and create environments that are sustainable and high in quality and appeal, while easy to maintain and sustain. As such, she has assembled a Project Team composed of skilled landscape architecture, arborist and design professionals. This core team is comprised of professionals who have been working together and collaborating on projects for the better part of 10 years, and all of whom have achieved these desired goals in other urban municipal contexts and who have collaborated in delivering successful, previous work for the City of Miami Beach. These have ranged in the provision of services related to all aspects of landscape architecture, landscape design, landscape planning, arborist and inspection services.
