Due to the age of the system a complete overhaul is needed. Utilizing forfeiture funds, <br />previously approved by Commission in January 2022, the Police Department is seeking approval tc <br />enter into an agreement with Millenium (sic) Products Inc. for the upgrade. The overhaul will incluclE <br />identifying cameras in need of repair and replacing them. The agreement will also upgrade the <br />software to a more robust "future -proof" solution and will include licensing fees and maintenance for <br />the entire system for a three year period. The services of the vendor are being procured via a General <br />Services Administration (GSA) contract and will not exceed $303,374.68, which includes a ten percent <br />contingency should additional services be needed. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 600-3-5210-XXXXXX-XXXXX. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.6 <br />194 <br />
