The squads have grown in size, and <br />each shift now requires two Sergeants to provide adequate supervision. Supervisors require more <br />authority to make critical decisions, and the Sergeant rank provides that solution. , <br />Any change of the bargaining unit agreement requires approval of the City Commission. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Item Number: 10.J <br />151 <br />
