The original agreement <br />was for one year with 4 one-year options to renew. This past year CT Mechanical has proven tc <br />provide quality services. We are satisfied with their services and wish to execute our option to renew <br />for an annual amount of $48,526.21 plus a contingency for any parts and added repairs of up to <br />$10,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $58,526.21. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Through Resolution Number 2021-3221, the City Commission approved to waive the competitive <br />bidding process per code 62-12 as they are the original installer for this equipment and will continue <br />the warranty services. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />This item is budgeted for and funds are available in the Gateway Center account number 001-6-5720- <br />446003-15000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />First Amendment <br />Item Number: 10.0 <br />87 <br />
