SONNY /f<Fs <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />\'= THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND <br />DURASERV CORP D/B/A OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY OF SOUTH FLORIDA <br />CONTRACT NO. 2021-7740 <br />This First Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />("City") and DURASERV CORP D/B/A ,QVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY OF SOUTH <br />FLORIDA ("Contractor"), executed this.,*lday of v UL , 2022, is made a part of <br />the original Agreement ("Agreement") dated December 27, 2021, between the City and Contractor, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment "A". The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br />1. AMENDNG COMPENSATION. Section 5 of the original Agreement between the <br />Parties is hereby amended to include compensation for the reimbursement of permit fees in an <br />amount not to exceed Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy -Nine Dollars and Ninety -Six Cents <br />($2,879.96). This amount will bring the total contract amount not to exceed One Hundred One <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty -Two Dollars and Ninety -Six Cents ($101,852.96). <br />2. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, <br />all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties dated December 27, 2021, shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />3. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
