PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2022-06 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant has submitted applications for a Site Plan <br />Modification and Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) for the <br />Mansions at Acqualina located at 17749 Collins Avenue. The <br />Site Plan Modification is requesting to increase the Floor Area <br />Ratio (FAR) of Dwelling Unit 602 by 313 square feet of FAR, <br />through the City's TDRs program, by enclosing a section of <br />the dwelling unit's balcony.
