• All Midway employees are held to the highest standards industrywide. <br />There is a stringent onboarding and interview process. All employees <br />undergo drug testing and background checks before employment begins. <br />o Main points of contact for this contract will be, but not limited to: <br />■ Tony Garcia — Service Director <br />■ Cristian Torres —Service Writer <br />■ Eldris Ortiz— Comptroller <br />Subsection 5: Approach/methodology <br />• All repairs are or conducted as per workshop manual provided from Ford. <br />All torque specifications and safety standards are adhered to. All staff is <br />fully trained and licensed by Ford <br />• Midway offers Mobile Services through the implementation of a fully <br />equipped mobile service van. Two specialty trained mobile service <br />technicians for mobile services and recall completion. <br />
