Mechanic(s) shall have the following ASE certifications: <br />• Al Engine Repair <br />• A2 Automatic Transmission/Transaxle <br />• A3 Manual Drive Train & Axles <br />• A4 Suspension & Steering <br />• AS Brakes <br />• A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems <br />• A7 Heating and Air Conditioning <br />• A8 Engine Performance <br />b) Bidder must have a fully equipped and well-established shop as required in this <br />solicitation, which may be verified by on-site inspection, preferably within ten (10) <br />mile radius of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />c) The -Bidder must have been in the business of vehicle maintenance and repairs for a <br />minimum of five (5) years. <br />d) Bidder must provide security in the form of a fenced lot, or inside of a secure <br />building, for no less than four (4) standard sized vehicles simultaneously. <br />e) Bidder shall provide references for no less than (2) two public or <br />private/commercial sector references in which Bidder serves as their primary <br />repair/maintenance shop. <br />f) Bidder shall submit drug test policy for employees. Bidder shall perform drug test <br />screening on all employees and provide pass/fail results to the City Manager or <br />designee, upon request. <br />3. QUALIFICATIONS: <br />• Include licenses and certificates such as the ASE Certified Master Mechanic. <br />• A schedule of proposed services. The schedule should include the Proposer's <br />understanding of the issues and tasks of the project at hand. <br />4. STAFFING: <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project as well as experience and qualifications.
