The City shall utilize the Omnia Partners Contract No. 16154 which expires 12/31/202( <br />to purchase maintenance, repair, industrial and other operating supplies from Home Depot, in <br />accordance with Section 62-13(c) of the City Code. OMNIA Partners is the largest and most trustee <br />cooperative purchasing organization for public sector procurement. As a member of Omnia, the City is <br />able to participate and utilize competitively solicited contracts to obtain the best goods/services and <br />pricing available in the market. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The City receives an annual rebate for the participation in the Home Depot's incentive program. ThE <br />City's rebate check is received by the Finance Department and deposited in the Misc Revenue - <br />Rebates account (001-0-3699-369909-00000). <br />The City's earned rebates for the last two fiscal years are as follows: <br />Item Number: 10.1 <br />223 <br />
