The current contract will expire and the Police <br />Department would like to enter into a new contract for an initial two (2) year term with the option to <br />renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. The initial term will not exceed $438,645.60 during <br />the two (2) years and will begin on October 1,2022. This contract will allow the police department tc <br />deploy thirteen (13) crossing guards and one (1) supervisor to designated locations throughout the <br />City. This will ensure that pedestrians commuting to school are crossing the aforementioned <br />designated locations safely. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account #001-3-5210-431000-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.E <br />164 <br />
