<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Invitation to Bid No. 22-09-02 22 <br /> <br />SECTION 3 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICE: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, <br />Florida, is requesting bids from qualified Contractors (“Proposers”, “Bidders”, “Contractors” or <br />“Firms”) to perform a full renovation of the existing building to eliminate structural deficiencies <br />and to refresh all equipment. The project Location William “Bill” Lone Beach Access located at <br />19111 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Contractors will adhere to industry standard <br />quality installation principles and provide quality installation services to ensure that the most <br />reliable and cost-effective network is built. Contractors interested in performing these services <br />must exhibit considerable relevant experience with this type of work, and should emphasize both <br />experience and capability of particular personnel who will actually perform the work. Contractors <br />should demonstrate that they have experience working with construction renovation, preferably <br />for government. <br /> <br />The Scope of service to be provided as shown in Exhibit A – E, Bid Set Plans, which include but are <br />not limited to the following: <br /> <br />1. Contractor to remove existing landscape around building (City will replace irrigation and <br />landscape); <br />2. Contractor to replace sod and repair/restore sidewalk damage from street to building; <br />3. Close park access during construction for staging and dumpster from Collins Ave.; and <br /> <br />3.1 AS-BUILT RECORDS: <br />A complete set of as-built records shall be kept by the Contractor at the job site. These records <br />shall show all items of construction and equipment which differ in size, shape or location from <br />those shown on the Contract drawings, also any additional work, existing features or utilities <br />revealed by construction work which are not shown on the Contract drawings. These records <br />shall be kept up to date daily. They may be kept on a marked set of Contract drawings to be <br />furnished the Contractor for this purpose, or in any other form which is approved prior to the <br />beginning of the work. They shall be available at all times during construction for reference by <br />the City, and shall be delivered to the City prior to pre-final inspection. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
