Have you personally inspected the plans and location, are there any concerns that may impede <br />your performance on this project? <br />Both plans and inspections have been reviewed. Consideration that may <br />impact is access to the site, given that it is located on Collins Ave., parking <br />availability for workers and deliveries on site, and defining safety measures <br />for public access. <br />13. Describe the submitter's attributes, which make the submitter best -suited for this project. <br />Nunez Construction has ample experience, a recognized trajectory for quality and <br />efficiency in Construction, clear communication and responsible and honest work <br />ethic.
