3f`Y <br />\SLS <br />- iHc Na�gba of t;.f+tg - <br />ADDENDUM # 1 <br />DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2022 <br />TO: ALL PLANHOLDERS <br />FROM: PURCHASING MANAGER <br />BID NO.: RE -BID ITB 22-09-02 RENOVATIONS TO THE BILL LONE RESTROOM FACILITY <br />SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br />Proposing firm must attach this addendum to the documents in your possession and include <br />the Acknowledgement of Addenda form with your response incorporated with your firm's <br />bid. <br />Q1. There is a signature restriction on Exhibits B,C,D I am unable to combine the file to make <br />PDF. Can you please the restriction remove? <br />Al. Please print and scan the documents in order to merge bid documents. <br />Q2. Can a State License Certified Building Contractor bid on this project? The only <br />difference between a CGC and a CBC is that a CBC cannot build exterior shell above 3 floors, <br />but perform all interior work no matter how many floors. Note, 90% of our volume is public <br />entities. We have performed projects throughout the state mostly in Miami -Dade County <br />as Certified Small Business entity. All our projects have been above satisfactory or better, <br />based off evaluations from all our government projects. Also, in the future please examine your <br />projects that are below three floors exterior and infinite floors interior so Certified Building <br />Contractors who are highly qualified want be overlooked in the letting process? <br />A2. MQR A, ON PAGE 10 OF THE ITB SOLICITATION, IS REVISED AS FOLLOWS: <br />a. The Prime Contractor shall hold the proper license in the State of Florida to perform <br />the Scope of Work set forth within this solicitation to include being registered as a <br />Certified General -Contractor or a Certified Building Contractor with the State of Florida <br />along with registration to conduct business in the State of Florida in all required <br />disciplines. Proposing Firm must provide a copy of the applicable license(s) with Firm's <br />response. <br />1 <br />
