April 6, 2022 / Page 8 of 8 <br />11723.04 — Town Center Park Upgrades <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Consultant shall not perform any additional services without the written consent of the CITY. <br />Services performed beyond the Scope of Services described above shall be considered additional <br />services and will be presented to the CITY as an Addendum to this Agreement prior to initiating <br />the work.
