KEITH will provide lighting layout, photometric calculations, fixture type and catalog cut <br />sheets to the Electrical Engineer (SGM). <br />Task 501 Electrical Construction Documents (SGM Engineering — Electrical Sub.) <br />In coordination with KEITH, SGM Engineering will provide electrical engineering services for the design <br />documents for the Meditation Garden at Town Center Park. <br />The following elements will be addressed in the design phase: <br />1. Visit the site where the new park is going to be built to investigate and survey the following <br />conditions of the area: <br />• Record all existing electrical utilities in the area that are required to be removed or relocated <br />to make space for the new park. <br />2. Existing pole mounted lighting fixtures will be assessed and replaced with new. <br />3. Provide design for new electrical underground branch circuits (conduit and wire) for the lighting <br />added to the park and multiple shade canopy structures. <br />4. Provide lighting fixture schedules for all life -safety lighting. <br />5. Provide selection of code compliant (wind load) parking lot poles with associated bases and <br />underground boxes. <br />6. Provide new panelboards and circuit breakers at existing buildings for source of power for all <br />lighting fixtures and irrigation equipment. <br />7.
