SGM <br />ENGINEERING <br />August 24th, 2022 <br />Sarah Landucci <br />Landscape Designer III <br />Office: 954.788.3400 <br />Email: slanducci@keithteam.com <br />www.KEITHteam.com <br />5805 Blue Lagoon Dr <br />Suite 285 <br />Miami, Florida 33126 <br />(954) 421-1944 <br />(954) 421-1924 fax <br />www.sgmengineering.com <br />Reference: Proposal # 2022-362; City of Sunny Isles Beach -Town Center Park <br />Dear Sarah, <br />It is our pleasure to provide electrical engineering services for the design documents of <br />the new lighting for the new park added for the Town Center Park located in the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach in Florida. <br />Scope of Professional Services: <br />➢ Visit the sites where the new park is going to be built to investigate and survey <br />the following conditions of the area: <br />o Record all existing electrical utilities in the area that are required to be <br />removed or relocated to make space for the new park. <br />➢ Existing pole mounted lighting fixtures will be assessed and replaced with new. <br />➢ Provide design for new electrical underground branch circuits (conduit and <br />wire) for the lighting added to the park and multiple shade canopy structures. <br />➢ Provide lighting fixture schedules for all life -safety lighting. <br />➢ Provide selection of code complaint (wind load) parking lot poles with <br />associated bases and underground boxes. <br />➢ Provide new panelboards and circuit breakers at existing buildings for source <br />of power for all lighting fixtures and irrigation equipment. <br />➢ Design documents will include electrical book of construction specifications. <br />Commissioning <br />LEED <br />➢ Fundamental and enhanced commissioning are excluded. These services <br />can be provided by SGM at additional cost. <br />➢ LEED administration or design services are not included in this proposal.
