COMPANY PROFILE DECK - OCTOBER 2022PG. 16COMPANY PROFILE DECK - OCTOBER 2022 The proposed business will serve as a steakhouse and seafood restaurant, similar to the <br />existing Prime 29 Steakhouse also operated by the principals. The location will be an <br />upscale restaurant offering premium cuts of meat and jet fresh seafood, and a unique high- <br />end dining experience. <br />The intended hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 11am to 2 am. On weekends, <br />live musicians will perform during lunch and dinner service in strict accordance with all <br />local ordinances of Sunny Isles Beach. Given the unpredictable nature of food and supplier <br />costs at the time of this submission, we anticipate price points for menu times to exceed <br />$20.00 per menu item. <br />DOWN TO THE BASICS <br />Prime29 will be held to the same standards as our other establishments. Using the same <br />standerd operating procedures, we will ensure our staff is trained to the highest level <br />possible. Our detailed traning regimend will ensure our staff is consistent and professional, <br />maintaining our high expectations of restaurant and diningware cleanliness, food saftey, <br />and general service.
