Pursuant to Chapter 29 of the City's Code of Ordinances <br />the City Manager issued a Declaration of Local Emergency on September 27, 2022. After the passing <br />of the hurricane and an assessment of the conditions in the City, the City Manager terminated the <br />State of Local Emergency on September 29, 2022. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 10.13 <br />
