- �IArdJUstrluQll LDUrE�WARRANTY ,I Shodep arts SwwE SMUcrU� Industrial Shadeports Inc. warrants the goods against defects In workmanship and materials under normal and proper use and operating conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment. Industrial Shadeports Inc. provides the following additional warranties for key components: • LIMITED 20 YEAR WARRANTY on the structural integrity of the steel and failure due to rust - through corrosion. Workmanship and painted / powder coated surfaces are warranted for 12 months. Cosmetic issues are not covered and failure to perform routine maintenance will void this warranty. • LIMITED 30 YEAR WARRANTY against degradation, cracking or material breakdown. This warranty excludes failure of fabric or thread due to chemical erosion, flying or falling objects and or normal wear and tear. LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY on labor for the removal, installation and / or freight charges will apply in instances where Industrial Shadeports Inc. has installed the unit. In cases where Industrial Shadeports Inc. did not Install these units, the warranty will only be applicable to the repair or replacement of the defective materials, exclusive of freight. • The warranty set forth shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. • All warranties are effective from the date of shipment from Industrial Shadeports Inc. or the date of Installation by Industrial Shadeports Inc. • The warranty is void if the structures are not installed in strict compliance with the manufacturer's specifications. • Purchaser shall notify Industrial Shadeports Inc. or its agent in writing detailing any defect for which a warranty claim is being made within 30 days of Identification of the defect. • The warranty is void if any changes, modifications, additions or attachments are made to the structures or fabric without the express written consent of the manufacturer. • Industrial Shadeports Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential or liquidated damages. • Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. • This warranty excludes damage caused by contact with chemicals, misuse, vandalism, accident, any act of God or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, ice, snow or wind. THERE ARE NO UNDERSTANDINGS, AGREEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN OR DIFFERENT FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. l Z Ili U I Vacic- P, (,'t.))
