City of Sunny Isles Beach 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 <br />(305) 947-0606 phone (305) 949-3113 Fax <br />(b) Undertake any of the responsibilities of the Contractor, subcontractors or <br />Contractor's superintendent; <br />(c) Expedite the Work for the Contractor; <br />(d) Advise on or issue directions relative to any aspect of the means, methods, <br />techniques, sequences or procedures of construction unless such is specifically called <br />for in the Contract Documents; <br />(e) Advise on or issue directions as to safety precautions and programs in connection <br />with the Work. Provided however, this shall not preclude the City inspector from <br />notifying the Contractor of any hazardous or dangerous condition; <br />(f) Participate in specialized field or laboratory tests. <br />6.5 Coordination and Scheduling of Work <br />6.5.1 The Contractor shall cooperate with the City and any separate contractors <br />retained by the City, and the Contractor shall carefully coordinate and schedule the Work <br />as may be required to accommodate without delay or interference the Work of the City or <br />any of its separate contractors. <br />6.6 Contractor Responsible for Delays <br />6.6.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for any damages caused to the City as a <br />result of any delays caused by the Contractor. <br />6.7 Construction Easement <br />6.7.1 Contractor hereby acknowledges and understands that access to the Project site <br />includes private property, as further described in the Temporary Construction Easement <br />Agreement between the City and Ocean Two Condominium Association. Contractor shall <br />abide by the terms and conditions of the referenced Temporary Construction Easement <br />Agreement, which provides limitations on access and use of the referenced Easement Parcel <br />and imposes other requirements that the Contractor shall be required to comply with. <br />Contractor's failure to comply with the requirements of the Temporary Construction <br />Easement Agreement shall be considered a breach of the Contract. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />THE CONTRACTOR <br />7.1 Upon providing no less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice to the Contractor, <br />the City may conduct a pre -construction conference at a time and place set forth in the <br />aforesaid notice. ATTENDANCE AT ALL PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE(S) IS <br />MANDATORY AND FAILURE TO ATTEND SHALL BE A MATERIAL BREACH OF <br />THIS CONTRACT. <br />13 <br />
