<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request to Qualify No. 22-12-01 20 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Submittals For Responsiveness <br /> <br />The purpose of the firm’s submittal is to demonstrate the qualifications, competence and capacity <br />of the firms seeking to undertake the referenced project herein in conformity with the <br />requirements of this request to qualify. As such, the substance of submittals will carry more weight <br />than their form or manner of presentation. The submittal should demonstrate the qualifications <br />of the firm and of the particular staff to be assigned to this engagement. <br /> <br />Each submittal will be reviewed to determine if the submittal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive submittal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation: that includes all documentation, submitted in the format outlined <br />in this solicitation, of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as required on each <br />document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the submittal being deemed <br />non-responsive. <br /> <br />The Evaluation Committee shall review and evaluate the submittal(s) received in response to this <br />solicitation. The Evaluation Committee will be responsible for selecting the most qualified Firm to <br />contract with for the services described in this solicitation. The weighted scoring criteria contained <br />below in this solicitation, shall be the basis of selection. <br /> <br />4.2 Evaluation Criteria <br /> <br />Submittals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below, further explained in Section 5. <br /> <br />EVALUATION CRITERIA MAXIMUM <br />POTENTIAL POINTS <br />1.
