It is assumed all meetings will be in South Florida. <br />Task 403 Engineering Permitting <br />KEITH shall attend required pre -application meetings with agencies having jurisdiction over the <br />facilities designed by KEITH, and prepare and submit the permit applications for the construction of <br />the following improvements and process them through the following regulatory agencies: <br />Development Review <br />• Site Plan/Design Review through the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />• Floodplain Management. <br />Water and Sewer System <br />• Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) — Sanitary Sewer service provider. <br />• Miami -Dade County DERM —Wastewater. <br />• North Miami Beach Water and Sewer Department (NMB) — Water service provider. <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Engineering Department. <br />• Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) — Utility Connection Permit. <br />Paving, Grading, and Drainage System <br />• Miami -Dade County DERM — Water Control Section (WCS). <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Engineering Department. <br />• Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) — Driveway Connection and Drainage <br />Connection Permits. Not included. <br />• Coordination with the Structural and Environmental Engineering (Sub -Consultant) for <br />Processing the required Seawall Permits through: <br />o US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) — ERP <br />o Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) — ERP <br />o Miami -Dade County DERM Class I — Coastal Resources Section. <br />Pavement Markings and Signage <br />• Not Applicable <br />If additional permits are required, KEITH shall process them and the fees for these additional <br />services will be submitted to CLIENT as additional services under a contract addendum if required. <br />Deliverables <br />1.
