Scope of Professional Services: ➢ Visit the sites where the new park is going to be built to investigate and survey the following conditions of the area: o Record all existing electrical utilities in the area that are required to be removed or relocated to make space for the new park. ➢ Provide design for new electrical underground branch circuits (conduit and wire) for the life safety lighting added to the park. ➢ Provide lighting fixture schedules for all life -safety lighting. ➢ Provide selection of code complaint (wind load) parking lot poles with associated bases and underground boxes. ➢ Provide new panelboards and circuit breakers at existing buildings for source of power for all lighting fixtures and irrigation equipment. ➢ Design documents will include electrical book of construction specifications. ➢ Provide for submittal reviews required during construction. ➢ Included are two (2) 2 -hour site visits for substantial conformance. Commissioning LEED ➢ Fundamental and enhanced commissioning are excluded.
