Consultant Keith and Associates, Inc. are qualified to provide civil <br />engineering and Seawall Design, Permitting and Construction services for the development of this <br />park. Consultant has agreed to provide service in an amount not to exceed $95,400.00. <br />Pursuant to the provisions contained in the Continuing Services Agreement between the City of Sunm <br />Isles Beach ("City") and Keith and Associates, Inc. ("Consultant") for Professional Civil Engineerin <br />Services pursuant to Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 and Resolution No. 2021-3160, <br />authorizes the Consultant to provide such services. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000-10001. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />First Amendment <br />Item Number: 10.A <br />40 <br />
