Consultant Keith Engineering Services are currently <br />working on the ICCS Park and are qualified to provide the site planning services for this additiona <br />area. Consultant has agreed to provide service in an amount not to exceed $161,400.00, which <br />includes $4,500.00 in reimbursable expenses. <br />Pursuant to the provisions contained in the Continuing Services Agreement between the City of Sunm <br />Isles Beach ("City") and Keith Engineering Services ("Consultant") for Professional Civil Engineerin <br />Services pursuant to Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 and Resolution No. 2021-3160, <br />authorizes the Consultant to provide such services. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000-45000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.6 <br />100 <br />
