<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Invitation to Bid No. 23-02-01 22 <br /> <br />SECTION 3 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICE: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, <br />Florida, is requesting bids from qualified Contractors (“Proposers”, “Bidders”, “Contractors” or <br />“Firms”) to reconstruct the east end of 172nd Street to raise the road and eliminate flooding at <br />high tide, as described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Contractors will adhere to industry standard quality installation principles and provide quality <br />installation services to ensure that the most reliable and cost-effective project is built. Contractors <br />interested in performing these services must exhibit considerable relevant experience with this <br />type of work, and should emphasize both experience and capability of particular personnel who <br />will actually perform the work. Contractors should demonstrate that they have experience <br />working with construction renovation, preferably for government. <br /> <br />3.1 AS-BUILT RECORDS: <br />A complete set of as-built records shall be kept by the Contractor at the job site. These records <br />shall show all items of construction and equipment which differ in size, shape or location from <br />those shown on the Contract drawings, also any additional work, existing features or utilities <br />revealed by construction work which are not shown on the Contract drawings. These records shall <br />be kept up to date daily. They may be kept on a marked set of Contract drawings to be furnished <br />the Contractor for this purpose, or in any other form which is approved prior to the beginning of <br />the work. They shall be available at all times during construction for reference by the City, and <br />shall be delivered to the City prior to pre-final inspection. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
