Subcontractor is subject to the same contractual conditions as is the <br />Respondent. <br />2.8 FIRM BID PRICE <br />If the vendor is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed by the vendor shall <br />remain fixed and firm during the term of the contract. <br />2.9 MONTHLY INVOICES PAYMENTS <br />Payment will be made monthly for work that has been completed, inspected and properly <br />invoiced. Invoices must bear the project name, bid number and purchase order number. <br />Vendor shall submit by the 10th day of the following month vendor's completed Invoice for <br />services rendered. Should the 10th fall on a weekend or holiday, Contractor shall submit his <br />invoice on the next workday. <br />A late Statement of Services may be paid in the next month's billing cycle. Payment will be made <br />by the City after services have been received and accepted. These invoices shall be submitted to <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach, ATTN: Accounts Payable, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, <br />FL 33160 or AccountsPayable@sibfl.net. All documentation shall reference the appropriate <br />Contract number, the type of Service(s) provided, and the dates or period that the Services were <br />provided in the prior 30 days. <br />2.10 INSURANCE <br />Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per <br />occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. <br />Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the <br />Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the <br />Insurance Services Office, and must include: Premises and Operation; <br />• Independent Contractors; <br />• Broad Form Property Damage; <br />■ Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including <br />any hold harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br />■ Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, <br />with minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability <br />and Property Damage Liability. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I ITB 22-12-02 <br />
