The City received two (2) responses to the bid and <br />recommends the bid be awarded to Eagle Eye Officiating, LLC. Eagle Eye Officiating, LLC was the lowest <br />bidder and most responsive. The term of the initial agreement will be for three (3) years, with a not - <br />to -exceed amount of $126,000. The agreement will also provide for two (2) additional renewal options <br />of one (1) year each at the City's discretion. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funding is budgeted for and available in the contracted service in the Athletic Division's budget <br />account number 001-6-5721-43.1000-60820 for this fiscal year. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.1 <br />
