GRAHAM BUILDING <br />1350 N.W. 12TH AVENUE <br />MIAMI, FLORIDA 33136-2111 <br />KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE <br />TELEPHONE (305) 547-0100 <br />STATE ATTORNEY www.miamiSAO.com <br />OTHER <br />Location: The office/work space will be located within the ICAP Building located at 1390 NW <br />14th Avenue Miami, FL 33126. <br />Expenses for location: SAO is providing the space referenced herein without cost or expense <br />(rent, utilities) to SIBPD. <br />Use of Premises: SIBPD will not make or allow any unlawful or improper use of the premises or <br />any use or occupancy thereof contrary to applicable federal, state, and local laws or the Ordinances <br />of the City and/or County, and or SAO policies, in which the demised premises are located, now <br />or hereinafter made, as may be applicable. SIBPD shall have free use of the Common Areas <br />(restrooms, client parking, conference rooms, lobby seating) and of designated workspace, as <br />determined by the SAO HTTF Command Staff and subject to availability. <br />Term: The term of the MOU shall take effect on the date which the MOU has been executed by <br />all parties, and it shall remain in effect until terminated by the parties in writing. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be <br />deemed to be an original, and such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Agreement. The parties shall be entitled to sign and <br />transmit an electronic signature of this Agreement (whether by facsimile. PDF or other email transmission), which signature shall be binding on <br />the party whose name is contained therein.
