Staff has been satisfied with the <br />services provided by Amusement Source, LLC. Additionally, residents who have attended events thi! <br />year have enjoyed the rides, obstacles, and inflatables provided by Amusement Source. We wish to <br />exercise the city's first renewal option from March 17, 2023, through March 16, 2024. The total of the <br />renewal will have a not to exceed amount of $120,000. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funding is budgeted for and available in the general fund in the Special Events Rentals account number <br />001.6.5730.444040.XXXXX for this fiscal year. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Second Amendment <br />Item Number: 10.1-1 <br />
