Additionally, the city requested the installation of a destination sign an( <br />painting of the bus, in an amount not to exceed $12,300, for a grand total of $134,548.00. <br />As of February 2023, the minibus is scheduled for final delivery in June of 2023 due to a manufacturin@ <br />delay on the front destination sign. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The City provides free Community Shuttle Service 7 days per week with three lines runnin€ <br />simultaneously for the convenience of residents and visitors. With the of this purchase, the <br />transportation division shuttle buses consist of six (6) 24-28 passenger shuttle buses, one (1) 15 <br />passenger van (on loan from CCS), one (1) 14 passenger van, and the 14(12+2) passenger Minibus. Th( <br />minibus and the van(s) will serve for field trips and as backup if a bus were to go out of service due to <br />mechanical disruptions, while maintaining ADA compliance. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 110-5-5440-464200-00000 - Transportation Motorized <br />Vehicles. <br />Item Number: 10.G <br />
